Custom Orders – Final Sale
Due to the personalized and custom nature of products offered by K’s Dazzling Creations (“KDC”), all sales are considered final. Accordingly:
Customers are responsible for clearly communicating all customization details, preferences, and special requests at the time of order placement. KDC can only accommodate requests that are explicitly provided by the customer.
Photo Proofs & Mock-Ups
Due to the volume of orders and production timelines, KDC does not provide mock-ups or photos prior to shipping as a standard practice.
Customers requiring photo approval may purchase a Photo Proof Package, when available. KDC may occasionally share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram page @ksdazzlingcreations, but this is not guaranteed and does not constitute approval or confirmation of the order.
Damaged Items
In the event that a product is received damaged:
Shipping insurance applies up to $100 unless additional coverage was purchased at the time of order. Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier.
Returned-to-Sender Orders
If an order is returned to KDC due to an incorrect shipping address, failed delivery, or refusal of the package, the customer is responsible for all associated re-shipping fees.
Sales & Promotions
All prices are honored at the time the order is placed. KDC does not provide retroactive refunds or price adjustments for items that go on sale or are subject to promotional discounts after an order has been submitted.
